Setting the Atmosphere:
The session begins with the subtle aroma of calming incense and the soft glow of warm candlelight. The room is adorned with vibrant colors and symbolic elements, creating a safe haven for self-discovery and healing.

Community Tea Ceremony:
Before the yoga practice unfolds, we gather around for a community tea ceremony. Sipping on nourishing herbal teas, we share stories, experiences, and laughter. This moment of connection fosters a sense of belonging, creating a supportive environment for everyone to feel seen and heard.

Restorative Yoga:
