HYP Consultation
The HYP Consultation consists of a 15-minute conversation with Andrea Cole to determine which specific holistic modalities best fit to address your individual needs. Your intentions and pain-points will be highlighted and therapy session logistics will be discussed.
HYP Mental Health Session
The HYP Mental Health Session is a 60-minute holistic and clinical service comprised of mental health therapy, reiki work, contemplative practice and/or yoga. It is a one-time intensive and individualized session working directly with Andrea Cole to tackle and transform specific pain-points. Please reach out with insurance or self-pay inquiry.
Kemetic Reiki Classes
(Level 1 & 2)
Kemetic Reiki is an ancient healing art comprised of techniques to heal the mind, body and spirit. In Level 1 Class, students learn how to heal themselves utilizing healing tools of ancient Kemet. In the Level 2 Class, students learn how to heal others and become certified Kemetic Reiki Practitioners. It is required to take Level 1, prior to Level 2 even if you are certified in other reiki traditions.

Sacred Circles
Sacred Circle is a transformative and collective one-time event guided by Andrea Cole (LCSW, CYT-500, Reiki Practitioner). Past themes have included: Baby Shower, Spa Home Events, and Honoring Self in the Workplace. Ideal for groups, parties, or organizations that would like to promote self-love, introspection, and practical implementation.
